The Wabash Valley Needs Your Voice
The African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI) is dedicated to expanding representation in leadership roles in the Wabash Valley. This 5-month program provides participants with essential skills and knowledge for effective board governance through group discussion, case studies, and problem-solving exercises. Cohort members also receive mentorship from seasoned community leaders. Through AABLI, local organizations build relationships with new leaders who seek to share their talents and expertise through service, thus benefitting our entire community.
